[The rain had seemed to come from nowhere, surprising the two as they were taking a walk along the pathway in the park. It wasn't terribly heavy, but they were both soaked by the time they managed to take cover under one of the bigger trees in the park. Most other people had hurried off to find better shelter, though, leaving them among the few people still outside.]
