Rules to live by, by Stiles Stilinski. If you've been part of some hinky sacrifice deal that has to do with some magical druid tree stump, a good rule of thumb is to not go to the magical druid tree stump after it happens. He'd gone back mostly so that he'd always remember where it was and to try not to see the place that had almost killed his dad and Scott's mom.
He hadn't expected some weird yellow flower that had been growing nearby to suddenly explode in some equally weird glittery puffball in his face. Second rule; avoid low hanging flowers that were blooming in nearby trees.
It had tasted weird and had taken a while to clear from his eyes, but eventually he could see again. When he could, he found himself headed for his jeep. Where was he going? Oh, right. He had to go see Isaac.
Why?
He paused getting into the jeep, thinking about that. Well, because he wanted to, of course. Oh, right. He started the jeep and headed off, the drive to Scott's passing by surprisingly quickly. He didn't bother knocking, never had, and he walked inside, heading towards the guest room that was now Isaac's room. Again, no knocking, but he stopped in the doorway, looking in at him with a small smile. "Hey."
Numbers are silly.
