I did grow up when we boiled everything- it was... interesting. I think there are a lot more food options these days though, so - my most controversial food opinion is probably the whole pineapple on pizza thing, because I'm real serious about my pizza.

Unless you love it on pizza is the part that makes it controversial. At this point though, they're just wrong.

There's usually the right amount of cheese, but sure, why not. Pepperoni on occasion.
