[In truth, he doesn't entirely know why he's here. This isn't a habit of his, but he was drawn to the place almost as soon as he arrived. He's avoided it until now, after things have settled and there is a lull in the fighting.

It's similar to the one he went to when he was a child, but in a harsher way. There's still the lights and silks and grandeur as much as they can manage. He dislikes it altogether. Just as he had before.

The girls who approach him he cares little for. Pretty as they may be, he brushes them aside, trying to find what he's actually looking for as if he knows what that is.

Her hair is like a dark night sky and he can barely resist the urge to bury his face in the dark locks. The guards are ignored, his focus solely on the woman as she leads him inside a smaller room, not so garishly decorated.

He feels immediately at ease, though he merely stands just inside the door, rummaging in his pocket for the pouch of gold he'd prepared.]

[ She is observing him again, studying him with that ever present smile, elusive smile. She takes a step, and then another: orbiting his space without touching, without reaching out. ]

You haven't come to the Weirdwood before. What brings you now, prince?

[As days kept going, Hei needed an outlet. Already had few hobbies thanks to the life he led, and they could only provide so much. He figured diving into other activies that could let him be more aggressive would be key. One of his partners back then had been instrumental in calming him down during the front lines. Maybe he needed someone similar, yet distant at the same time. The brothel seemed like the perfect idea at that point.

So he stepped in, and got pointed towards Candace's direction. He didn't even bother hiding as Li at this point, and he knew why he was there anyway. He soon tapped her shoulder while she was talking to another person.]
