THE BALL PIT MEME



-Post with your character listing their name, canon, and any preferences you might have in the subject line.
-Include a little set up for what they're doing or leave it blank for someone else to set the scene.
-Your characters finds themselves in a massive ball pit. It stretches as far as the eye can see, has different depths in different spots, and there doesn't seem to be an exit in sight. Oops.
-Have fun surrounded by a bunch of multicolored plastic balls. Play around, search for the exit, have a fight. Whatever you two feel like getting up to.

[And Yotsuba has just been swimming in the ballpit and throwing balls at whoever she sees for fun.]

[The duo respond in kind.]

[And when one of the couple's balls hit Yotsuba in the head, she cried out in surprise..before looking at the two with a bit of a glare. However, since she was five, it looked more cute than scary.]

Yotsuba will get you for that!

[And with that, she would toss balls at them as hard as she could, trying to aim for their heads.]

Isaac! We're under attack!

[Isaac puts an army helmet on each of their heads.]

Quick, Miria! Return fire!

[They start throwing various balls in random directions, mostly away from the girl.]

[Since none of the balls were hitting her, Yotsuba had some time to keep tossing balls at them and ask questions, all while smiling.]

You guys aren't that good! And..what are those things?

[She stopped the ball warfare for a moment to point at the army helmets they were sporting.]

This is uniform, cadet!

[They suddenly salute to no one... before Miria starts throwing more balls at her. Isaac soon follows.]

Huh? Campet?!

[Before Yotsuba could keep going, one of Miria's balls hit her in the chest, and since that stung, Yotsuba decided to take a different approach to this. She dove down into the balls and tried to swim up behind them.]

Miria... she vanished!

Maybe she was eaten by a ball pit monster!

Oh no! She sacrificed herself for us!

That brave trooper...

We'll never forget you, cadet!

[They take off their helmets in respect.]

[While Yotsuba still didn't know what a cadet was, she couldn't help but laugh as she emerged out from behind the two grown-ups and tried to pelt their backs with as many balls as she could.]

I wasn't eaten! Yotsuba is still here!

She's alive!

She's a crafty one alright! Return fire!

[And they throw in random directions again.]

[The odd pair and their reactions are just a bit too much at this point, and Yotsuba laughed as she tried to return fire at Miria.]

She's overpowering us, Isaac!

Then it's led to this... Miria, capture her and proceed to dump these plastic balls down her shirt!

Aye aye!

[sunflowerfairy]

I won't let you!

[And with that, Yotsuba would try to dive back down into the sea of plastic again. She..really didn't want to be captured.]

[Both of them grab an armful of balls before pressing themselves back to back. You won't catch 'em off-guard this time!]

[sunflowerfairy]

[The next time Yotsuba resurfaced, she wasn't expecting them to be back to back and, as a consequence, ended up facing Isaac.]

You'll never take Yotsuba alive!

[And with that, she would try to toss another ball at the man.]

[It whaps him right in the head, and he "collapses"]

Miria... Go on without me!

Isaaaaaac!

[And returning fire.]

[Which would whap Yotsuba in the head, and she would copy Isaac's 'death'..before laughing a few minutes later. This was a lot of fun!]

Noooooo! What have I done?!

[She dramatically picks up and cradles the girl... before purposefully tossing Yotsubs into more of the pit once she started laughing.]

[Yotsuba didn't mind being picked up and cradled, but she wasn't expecting to get thrown back into the ball pit. While that hurt a little, it gave her an opportunity to grab one more ball and hurl it at the woman when she resurfaced.]

[Whap!]

Hey Miria, I actually feel a lot better- NOOOOOOO!!

[He grabs a whole bunch of balls and just starts spinning around, releasing the tiny weapons everywhere.]

[While Yotsuba was a quick little thing, two balls hit her in the shoulder and back before she dived back down again. Maybe if she waited long enough, he would calm down.]
