Would the hat give me any kind of tactical advantage? Could it be used as a weapon or to distract guards?

absolutely.

your silly hat will have razor edges and can be thrown like a projectile, either to distract guards or to injure them

if thrown with enough skill, your silly hat will even be able to decapitate guards

you will have to retrieve it, though. we don't have infinite silly hats to be issuing you, soldier

...That's from Goldfinger, isn't it? Oddjob. I wouldn't call it a silly hat though, come on!

Of course I'd use it. I probably wouldn't wear it all the time, but come on, useable as a projectile, razor edges that sharp. I'd use it until I found something better though; having to retrieve it all the time could cost me.

Cyborgs are far more efficient when it comes to extracting energy and fuel and separating waste; as in there's little to no waste or it's converted. I'm not gonna get into the specifics on that. Ask Doktor, he'll fill you in.

He's the equivalent of a rabid animal who was long in need of being put down. The worst thing is... some part of me understood him.

Either he's got a thing for cyborgs or he's doing it as a tactical maneuver to try and throw an opponent off, get under their skin. Or maybe I just happen to be his type. Lucky me, right?
