FELL ASLEEP ON MEME

sweet dreams.
Someone, whether it be a friend or a total stranger, has fallen asleep on you wherever you happen to be; you are a rather comfortable pillow to them.
What do you do?

He's usually the type to avoid contact with another person, but he hasn't slept in a few days. The young man sitting next to Mukuro isn't one of those annoying, over-talkative types who could keep him awake by not shutting up, so Mukuro doesn't quite notice when 'resting his eyes' becomes actual sleep.
Nor does Mukuro notice himself listing sideways, to rest against the young man's shoulder.

As is evident, he did neither and now he was paying for it. His body was hyper aware of the pressure and had transitioned from casual slumping to doing everything in its power to remain perfectly still and tense. Even breathing too heavily could disturb Mukuro and that was not what he wanted. They had all been worked hard the past few days but as far as he knew he Ken and Chrome had managed to at least get a few naps in here and there.
Chikusa blinked. Oh. He really needed a wee.
he'll wake up next time promise ~
drool stain tho
Oh. O-- oh no. No no n---
ACHOO
He managed to stop his body from violently jumping, but the noise and movement of his shoulders was still there. He winced inwardly.
he's just that classy
Though he was generally considered to be shameless, Mukuro had a certain reputation and falling asleep on his
friendsubordinate's shoulder and-- drooling on him, as if this could get any worse, did not meet the criteria. Mukuro quickly scrubbed a hand over the corner of his mouth, hoping that the heat he could feel in his cheeks was simply the product of his imagination."... How long was I asleep?" he asked at length, his voice a bit stiffer than usual as he strove for a little dignity. It was probably a lost cause, unfortunately.

"I don't know..." He didn't own a watch nor was there a clock around and it wasn't as though he would time it anyway. Perhaps 'long enough to leave drool' was not the most ideal or appropriate answer. "You needed sleep." Was this his attempt to comfort Mukuro? Let's not think too much into that answer.

"That's true," he acknowledged, finally. "But I should have found a more appropriate place to sleep." Chikusa wouldn't even look at him, obviously this had strained their relationship. Usually Mukuro didn't care whether he made his subordinates uncomfortable or not, but that discomfort had never been from a moment of vulnerability on his part as it was now.
"I apologize," he added, shifting so that they weren't touching at all. He stared ahead as well, at a bit of a loss how to proceed.

"I didn't mind."
It was true. He would travel to the ends of the Earth and back if it were Mukuro's wish. Being a pillow was relatively easier.

"Kufufu, I'll keep that in mind." He smirked at Chikusa, recovering his composure now that he knew where they stood. "Are you tired?" he asked, only half-teasingly; it had been busy the past few days, and Chikusa had a habit of pushing himself without rest.

Clothes, food, maybe even a new mattress. Or just money for a net café to shower in.

Verde had provided some furnishings for Kokuyoland, but his subordinates - and if Mukuro was really honest, he was the same, especially when Fran's obnoxious attitude was concerned - could be rowdy and things got broken. And the essentials, like food, always seemed to be a little short.
It wasn't the ideal situation, and Mukuro knew that if he asked Tsunayoshi for aid, the boy would provide it but... no matter how different Tsunayoshi himself was, he was still part of the mafia.
"Perhaps I should arrange for Fran and I to put on a magic show," Mukuro mused aloud.

"You'd make a lot," he remarked, "But it would attract attention."
