Jubilee's cell door opened, and the guards tossed in a person who looked remarkably like them, or would if he hadn't been wearing a New York Giants Jersey and jeans instead of a guard uniform.

"Alright, that's it. You two, first on the list when I get out of here!" he shouted angrily at the door. Rolling his shoulder to the kinks out of it, he finally noticed Jubilee's presence.

"Uh, hiya," he said with an awkward smile.

[There are worse people than a 6'5 hyper-patriotic bodybuilding secret service ex-military ex-assassin real life Action Man/Terminator/Mrs Doubtfire like John Casey to have on your side in a barfight. When one is on the receiving end, however, the hope is quick to die in one's soul. In this case, it isn't so much taking sides as much as finding the worst of the troublemakers and knocking some heads together so that he could go back to his latest issue of Guns & Ammo in relative peace. Still, the entire place is erupting. Perhaps it's a lost cause.

One of said worst offenders is grasped by the shoulders and lifted bodily so that they can go face to terrifying face before Casey performs his signature move: smashing that sucker in the face with his forehead. He has a thick skull. He considers it an innate talent. His voice is basically a growl, but that isn't unusual:] I am not tipping for the service tonight. [Loki is fairly sure that in the almost infinite history of Asgard, this has never happened to one of its warriors. After all, it was extraordiniary to find this huge, dark magic demon (probably from some evil crevice of Muspelheim's sick underbelly) stomping around the outskirts of Asgard. Mad to have tried to kill it by aiming an explosive spell into its mouth. And definitely unexpected to have been swallowed by the thing. And, unless he's quite mistaken, he's survived the experience.

He's taking stock of his surroundings. It's pitch black in here, and the space around him is rocking gently back and forth like a ship on the sea. He's landed in some sort of sickly-sweet-smelling liquid, but it doesn't seem to be any sort of acid as it's not burning his unprotected hands. It's stiflingly hot, and the air is stale and heavy with humidity. He can hear nothing but a dull roar all around him.

Carefully, trying to compensate for the movement, he gets to his feet. He holds his head low and moves slowly in case he comes up against a ceiling, but no such ceiling is felt. Well. Dare he do magic in here? It's impossible to tell what will happen if he does magic inside a dark magic being - you don't find that sort of thing in books. But then, what is the worst that could happen, after the worst has already happened?
