There’s nothing like watching a movie, is there? It’s a chance to relax and have fun for a few hours. Whether it’s a romantic date with dinner and a movie or an outdoor film festival, it doesn’t matter.

That’s up to you.

So pick your genre, pick your location, and pick your season. Above all else?

Chillax.

It was a week or so after they got back from visiting her parents and things were pretty normal. Max was sleeping a little more during the night which was nice and they'd made all the arrangements to go visit Arthur's family for the holidays.

After an afternoon of Christmas shopping, they'd just put Max down for bed and had a couple hours before both of them would need to head to bed themselves.

"Want to have a movie night?" she whispered as she came out of Max's room, closing the door behind her. That was something they hadn't done in quite a while.

Arthur yawned and ran a hand through his hair. He was tired but a movie night sounded fun. "Sure."

She huffed out a laugh.

"You sure?" she asked.

[point_forgotten]

He grinned. "Yes, I'll be fine. Come on." He took her hand and led them down to the living room.

"You pick the movie," she said. "I'll make popcorn."

Before heading to the kitchen, she turned on the living room baby monitor.

"Okay," he called out and turned on the TV.

She popped some corn on the stove before adding a little butter, salt and other seasonings. She put it in a big bowl and poured them each some iced tea, taking all of it into the living room on a tray and setting it on the coffee table.

"What's tonight's feature?" she asked as she sat down next to him.

"Wanna watch..." He looked through the On Demand menu. "Titanic?"

She raised an eyebrow.

"You realize Titanic is a 3 hour movie don't you?"

"Oh..." Well, it wasn't like he's seen it before. "Then you pick." He handed her the remote before grabbing the popcorn bowl.

She sighed as she started flipping through the selection.

"Do you remember Jurassic Park?" she asked.

"No," he mumbled.

[inyourdreams]

"I'm actually kind of jealous," she said as she selected it and then grabbed the bowl of popcorn to settle on the couch. "I wish I were watching it again for the first time."

He slung his arm around her shoulders as the movie started.

She settled against him as she ate some popcorn.

The movie got under way. Arthur was engaged enough and the movie was good, but he was too aware of her body next to him.

She watched the movie, looking over at him every now and then to see if he was enjoying it. She picked up some popcorn and put it toward his mouth.

He looked over and then laugh before eating the popcorn out of her hand.

[inyourdreams]

She smiled and then went back to watching the movie.

He kept his eyes on the screen, mostly, when he leaned over and started kissing her neck.

Her eyes swung over from the screen to where he was currently attached to her neck.

"So it's going to be that kind of movie night, is it?" she teased with a smirk.

"Well..." He murmured. "Baby's sleeping."
