The Highly Inappropriate Sexual Tension Meme

Touches. Glances. Sides brushing, so close to each other. The moment is, most likely, quite, subdued, and calm. Or it could be loud and full of life, right in the middle of a vivacious party. Yet, no matter the case, your blood is pumping - no, nearly boiling with the passion bubbling between you and your companion.

Unfortunately, this sexual tension is completely and absolutely out of line. Whether it be the place, the time, your relationship with the person (be that literal relation or power difference, age difference, experience difference, and so on), your own lack of knowledge, or personal convictions, you should not act on any building desires.

But here's the thing about tension: it builds. It builds, and it builds, until...

Well, even subtlety can come to an inappropriate head.

This meme isn't for smut, though smut is allowed. What it is for is the delicious, anticipatory build up and the dances people can do to deny attraction. Foreplay, especially creative foreplay, is encouraged.

[It has to be the hundredth time Yuuri has wanted to pinch himself tonight. The Grand Prix Final is over, and, by somehow pulling off some insane miracle, had won. After having convinced himself that he would be fine if he placed silver or bronze, it still came as a shock, He's on cloud nine all the same, and the high he's on from it will last a long while. Every single time he thinks about how he'll actually be getting married, soon, too, only adds to it. How could any of this get any better?

So of course he's living it up at the banquet. Although at least mindful this time around; the circumstances compared to last year are a complete one-eighty, but that doesn't change the alcohol side of things. However, the very, very last thing he wants is to not have any memory of it all. So he's decided that three flutes of champagne is more than enough. Naturally he'd like more, but again, he's going to be firm with himself. It's just enough to nicely loosen him up a little. Although a Certain Someone is trying to coax him into doing otherwise.]

C'mon, Viktor— [Yuuri presses a hand on his chest to at least put a bit of space between them again.] I don't need another drink. I'll still dance with you all you want. That's better, right?

( to say yuuri is a force of nature would be an understatement — he's awe inspiring, breathtaking. every single time he takes the ice, victor's pulse jackrabbits and he has to remind himself to breathe. it's beautiful, honestly, what yuuri has done to the routine he crafted for him to make it his own. he's never stood on the sidelines of the grand prix finals before, hands clasped and breathing shallow in anticipation, but he wouldn't trade it for anything.

not when yuuri's score booms through the rink and victor just knows he's won.

it shouldn't come as a surprise that victor's been handsy with yuuri ever since he returned from the ice, fingers daring and lips grazing across skin when they can. he's kissed yuuri's ring more times than he can count on both hands, maybe even both feet, too. he isn't being as careful with his alcohol consumption as yuuri is, though, and while his husband-to-be has only had three flutes, he's just starting his fifth.

but really, who could blame him for thieving kisses at every available opportunity, sliding a hand up one of yuuri's thigh when he edges in close... only to be gently rebuked. there's a high chance he's still pouting about yuuri's faulty memory regarding the last gbf banquet. )

[Despite, yes, continuing to resist anything that pushes too far south between them, that's not to say it's an easy task in the first place. Obviously he wants to return every touch and kiss, almost to a point where it's maddening. Yuuri might as well be teasing himself. But he'll try. He's much better with the whole self restraint thing than Viktor has ever been.

Not that it keeps his heart from pounding a little faster, a little heavier as the time passes. So he'll let himself move his hand further this time, all the way to the small of Viktor's back.

Yuuri feels just bold enough to gently nudge Viktor's hand holding the glass aside to lean up and steal a sweet, chaste kiss (which probably doesn't help anything). It has the faintest taste of the champagne, leaving to lick his own lower lip, before speaking, quiet and close.]
