The Rescue Me Meme

'Cause, sometimes, you just can’t save yourself.
→ Post with your character’s name, canon, and any preferences in the subject line
→ Those tagging, go to RNG and roll for a number between one and ten.
→ Alternatively, just pick the choice you’re interested in most.
1. A Bad Date - You get a text, a phone call, or maybe you can just see the other person floundering on what clearly must be the worst date of their life. Time to step in and save the day.
2. Prison - Maybe they've been wrongly convicted, or maybe you're an accomplice. Either way, it's jailbreak. Maybe the guards will fall for the old 'wounded prisoner' technique.
3. Taken Hostage - They're being held at gunpoint, either for money or for fun. Maybe you can talk down their captors, or maybe you are a captor, secretly working to help them.
4. Abuse/Neglect - Your body is damaged, your suffering taken it's toll. You can't save yourself anymore. You're wounded, you're starving, maybe even dying. Someone, help.
5. Addiction - Just one more. Nothing bad will happen if you just get one more. Either way, you can't save yourself from this downward spiral. Someone else is going to have to help.
6. Yourself - One bad choice after another, your self-destructive tendencies are going to get the best of you unless someone steps in, quick, to save the day.
7. Climactic Situation - You're hovering over an active volcano, a pit of sharks, about to fall off a cliff. Whatever it is, you've only got precious seconds of life left.
8. Loneliness - You've been secluded, locked away, and the emptiness is overwhelming. You need company, or you might just drown.
9. Unwanted Social Function - A family reunion, your three o'clock board meeting, whatever it is, you desperately don't want to go. Hopefully your good buddy can come up with a distraction.
10. A Bad Romance - You're trapped in a relationship that's headed south, and you can't seem to get away from the other person. Looks like you need a helping hand, maybe a prince charming.

Natsumi met the guy while taking photographs, and he mentioned something about the beauty that she's capturing being great for him. Thinking that he was discussing business, she had agreed to a lunch meeting with him. And it was that assumption that she passed on to everyone else in the Studio.
Tsukasa sulked, but she hardly ever worries about that.
However, within ten minutes of her 'business lunch', Leo will be receiving the following mass text; not business. he's hitting on me. help?

Leo received the text while Natsumi's grandfather was busy showing Leo some photography techniques. He had already proven himself useful in the darkroom, and now he was interested in the artistic side of taking actual pictures. Taking portraits of families might not be a viable idea, but perhaps he could bring a camera with him on his rooftop jaunts throughout the city and be able to capture how he saw the world.
But that would have to wait. He became immediately concerned, but he tried his best to downplay those concerns to Eijiro-san, saying only that he needed to run an errand. Grabbing a large coat and slipping out of the studio, he traversed the busy city, hoping to move quickly enough that no one would get a good look at him.
He arrived at the rooftop overlooking the outdoor cafe. There they were: that Kanazawa guy being a creep, and Natsumi-chan looking distinctly uncomfortable. He kept touching her hand and shoulder. Oh, hell no.
Grabbing a pebble from the rooftop, he adjusted for arc and wind, and he tossed it across the street to the cafe, where it landed in his drink and splashed his face and clothing. Direct hit!

Both Natsumi and Kanazawa flinched as that pebble landed in the glass seemingly out of nowhere. But only the latter got hit with any major amount of water, sputtering and complaining about how his 'very expensive' suit is ruined.
"P-Perhaps you can clean up in the restroom? I don't mind waiting," Natsumi gently suggested.
"How can cleaning myself up resolve--" he cuts himself short as he remembers why he's here with her. "I mean...I can try, but I'm afraid that it can't be salavgable."
"Well, it doesn't hurt to try. Goodness knows how many dresses I've managed to save doing just that," She states, smiling as pleasantly as possible. Inwardly, though, she's desperately wishing for him to just leave the table long enough so that she could slip out.
"Well, if that's the case...I'll return to your side shortly." He actually grabs her hand and attempts to kiss it...
Only for her to suddenly snatch it as she answered a worried (and belated) text from Yuusuke. "I apologize, but I have to take this. Go ahead and clean yourself up; I'll be here when you get back."
And finally, despite looking a little disappointed, he does in fact head towards the restroom. As soon as he disappears from sight, though, she starts writing a quick note lying about how she had to leave due to an 'emergency'.

And yet... something was wrong. Definitely wrong. From his vantage point, he watched as the man entered the cafe proper to use the restroom, expensive wet jacket draped on his arm. Kanazawa stopped just outside the restroom, turning to look outside with a suspicious glare. He started walking back, brisk anger in his stride; Leo glanced back to Natsumi to find that she was still at the table, writing a note.
Oh, crap. Leo picked up another pebble, preparing to throw it when Kanazami wrapped an arm around Natsumi and pulled her closer to him.
"You thought you were gonna walk out on me?" Kanazawa accused, his voice rising and face contorted in anger.
[OOC: Okay, so I had an idea: This could take place in Kamen Rider W's world, and Kanazawa could be addicted to a GaiaMemory -- I'm thinking Rage or something like that -- turning him into a monster. This could put Leo in danger once he tries to intervene, leading to role-reversal as Leo is the one needing to be saved by Kamen Rider Kivaara.
We don't have to, but it's an option.]
