When he found out spinoza and master van had used it he didnt try to deny it he accepted his mistake of creating it and said it was because he was young and didnt really understand life and death.
So i really think how he feels about it now is that he wants to make sure its not used again.

Yeah it was originally incase i got amnesia again but now i just do it because i got into the habit i guess.
