Kylo Ren | Star Wars

Thoughts of her had begun to gnaw at his head until they had turned black. She became an obsession, a delusion, a fever dream that haunted him and wouldn't leave him alone. He would have to possess her, have every inch of her being, and show her that they belonged together, with no one else to get in the way. To this end, he hunted her down. Pursuing her mind, the one he had been connected to so briefly, through the entire galaxy was not an easy task. Even his master rebuked him and told him to give up in the quest that seemed to have no end.
For the first time in his life, Kylo disobeyed the Supreme Leader. He would find her, he'd find her if he had to leave a path of bodies in his wake and destroy a hundred planets to draw her out. When he finally found Rey, it hadn't been easy to claim her as his own. She had fought him, which had only made her all the more appealing to the unbalanced knight. Both were exhausted and neither had triumphed as the winner of the contest. He felt battered and knew she had to be feeling the same ache in her bones.
One hand used what remaining strength he had to Force-pull her into his grasp. His hands, so steady a moment ago, were now trembling. They held onto Rey with a powerful grip, hard enough to leave bruises.]
Stop fighting me! You know that we belong with each other.
so sorry for the long wait! >_>
He haunted her though, lived just outside the periphery of her awareness. The force rippled with Kylo's presence at an almost constant rate and it grated on her. Kept her on edge, snapping at Luke and Chewie and even Artoo. It felt as if he were trying to drive her mad, to push against her so much that she had no choice but to face him and it worked. Rey stopped running, waited and sighed when he inevitably turned up.
When they fought it was fierce, the clash of their lightsabers almost blinding as Rey threw blow after blow. All her pent up energy and anger redirected to her hits, trying desperately to end whatever this was and forget it ever existed. Her displeasure for their situation wasn't enough, at the climax of their fight they remained on equal footing. She hated him, she hated herself for wanting something too perverse to even think but it lay there in the recesses of her mind.
Rey didn't fight when he pulled her closer, she was too tired to fight against him any more. Not physically at least, she kept his mind from hers though afraid he'd see or feel how much she enjoyed the sting of his fingers clenched against her arms. Rey shook from exhaustion and from a distant, sickening pleasure at how close their bodies were.]
And if I did? [She met his eyes with as much hardness as she could manage, still angry and exhausted.] If I gave into you, what then?
It's all good. I'm slow too.
He pressed closer to Rey, clinging to her as if he would never let her go ever again. He bit his lower lip in anticipation of what was to come. She was too tired to keep fighting him for much longer. And when her defenses were completely lowered, then he would take possession of her entirely. She would be his, body, mind, and soul.]
Then we'd do as we were meant to. We'd bring order to the galaxy.
[It all seemed very simple to the Force user. He was on the Dark Side and she was on the Light. Neither side was going to triumph over the other. But together, they just might form two halves of a whole. Such a sentiment should have been blasphemous to someone as steeped in the Dark as Kylo Ren. Instead, he found himself eyeing it with some appeal.]

It wouldn't be so bad, not with the release that is sure to come with it. The tension had been building to an apex, fuelled by their inexplicable bond and her attraction to him. The two, she knows, are independent of each other despite how much she'd tried to ignore it. Kylo Ren is attractive and she is attracted to him, she knows that now.]
You think it would be that easy?
[They are on opposite sides of a war, each with responsibilities. They have people to answer to and promises to keep. How could they abandon everything for each other? Especially when she's sure of her dislike for him, just as sure as she is about her attraction. Rey swallows hard, tries not to let her gaze linger on his mouth or her thoughts on how soft his lips look.]
We would kill each other.

But it's only one path open to them. He could see them using each other to become more than either side had ever dared dream of. They could rule the galaxy side-by-side, he could see it now.]
Join me. Complete your training to become more powerful than either Jedi or Sith.

Rey has seen the outcomes of their union in visions; one terrible and destructive, the other a tranquil balance in the force. They are 50/50 though and she's not sure how she'd ever fall into the darkness the way Kylo has and that's what scares her about giving in. Rey doesn't want to lose herself in him, with him but her body is betraying her.]
I don't crave power. [She says, trying to make her gaze hard again.] I don't want to rule anything or anyone.

[He can feel her pulse beating beneath his fingers, quickening the longer that they stay there. She's not fighting him anymore and that gives the dark knight hope. The seeds have been planted in her head. If he can cultivate them, getting her to see things his way, then there's the chance that the power he's been searching for so long might be at his fingertips.]
You can't fight against this forever. It is your destiny.
[He presses in close to her, feeling the want and need within her body. Only her mind is reluctant to give in. His own body is filled with arousal, the need to possess her entirely.]
no subject
In an attempt to assert her free will she pushes against him, shoving him ever so slightly away from her. Rey's body still wants him but her mind is fighting it now, angry that he's assumed to know her future better than herself.]
Yes, I can.
[Rey's voice it hard again. She's glaring at him now, shoving down her arousal as best she can to get one last jab in.]
If I thought I might have to spend the rest of my life with you, I'd fight until I died.
no subject
[That stings more than he thought it would. Is he really so repulsive to her? He grabs her by the wrists, feeling the small bones grind underneath his harsh grip. It satisfies something petty and mean inside, the part of his ego that has been bruised by her words.]
Who says that you get a say in this? The Force will lead me to you, no matter where you run or try to hide.
[She is his, no matter how hard she tries to fight it. He'll possess her, one way or another. If this path ends only in death, misery, or destruction for him, so be it.]
no subject
I do. [She says it simply, smugly.] If I left now, you could chase me until you died and still never possess me.
[Not unless she wanted it, he must know that. Rey is toeing this truth dangerously with her taunts in an effort to anger him. The thrill she gets from it is criminal.]
