TYPE OF SCENE.
① Action → Gun fights, bar brawls, fights to the death are all possible scenarios.
② Angst → Characters suffer emotionally or physically from relationships breaking up, death, injury, etc. Hurt and comfort themes are included.
③ Crack → Genderswaps, super powers, sudden compulsions are all possible outcomes.
④ Fluff → Something that is devoid of angst. It's light-hearted and might have the overtone of romance.
⑤ Gen → General fun, things that didn't fit in the other categories.
⑥ Sex → First times, kinks, even dubcon are all possible themes of sex related scenarios.
⑦ Your choice → Think of your own scenario, choose one of the above or make a combo even!
ACTION.
① Zombies → It's the zombie apocalypse, lock and load!
② Bar brawl → You had one too many drinks, said something wrong, and now you're being asked to take it outside.
③ Chase → You're caught in a high speed chase.
④ Gun fight → You're caught in a big shoot-out.

⑥ Interrogation → You're being interrogated for some offense you've done.

⑬ Fight for honor → You've been disgraced or someone you care about has, so it's time to fight for honour.
⑭ Showdown → Time for a cowboy-style showdown. Whoever draws the fastest wins.
⑮ War → You're caught in the middle of a war here. Remember to keep your chin up and keeping fighting.
⑯ Apocalypse → The apocalypse finally happened and now you're left to scavenge and fight for whatever is left.
⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.
ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.
⑨ Fight → You can't even be in the same room as your friend or lover without arguing anymore.
⑩ Lost → You lost the biggest fight of your life and now all you can do is try to pick up the pieces.
⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.
⑱ Fear → You're not sure why, but you are suddenly terrified and you can't deal with it. You need help.

⑳ Down and out → You're living on the streets, you've hit rock bottom, and you don't know what to do.

But it's been fifty days of travel at a breakneck pace, fifty days of fixating on the same perpetual mantra of we have to do this for Miss Holly's sake, and now that it's finally done and over with, he's not entirely sure if he's ready for it to be real. If it's over and done with, then the people who died are really dead. If their journey is really at an end, then that means he has to accept that they're not coming back, even though he's got to keep going.
The minute he faces his mom is the minute he has to lay a part of himself to rest, and he's not ready to do that yet.
But there's only so long he can put off writing the last few sentences on this chapter of his life, and so he only hides long enough for his grandparents to have their fill of kissing and hugging and squealing their way through their reunion. He sits on the back porch like a shadow, head down and knees drawn up, listening to the shishi-odoshi clunk in rhythm as it fills and empties over and over again.
The passage of time is something he notices a lot more, lately.
But eventually it's twilight, and he can't hide any longer, so he pulls his hat down over his eyes and pulls himself together, and slides the screen open with a thunk to permit him entrance to the house in search of the mother he hasn't seen in fifty days.]

Nine seconds have passed when Joseph answers her with a weary, knowing look, one that speaks volumes of a man who has seen too much, done too much, and tells her to give the boy some space for a while, then asks where her mother is.
Thirty minutes have passed when Suzie has finally lets up on reaming into her husband, while Holly watches with a placid smile that manages to only be mildly worried around the edges. An hour has passed before Joseph starts talking about what happened, and at the ninety minute mark, Holly feels a new wave of sickness crash down upon her - this one unfortunately too natural in origin.
(Mr. Avdol had been so kind, and Kakyoin-- God, Kakyoin was Jotaro's age--)
They're all rather worn out by the time the sun begins to dip below the horizon. Her mother gently suggests going to bed early - even if the imminent threat of death is gone, she's still weak from being bedridden - but Holly refuses. I want to see my son, she insists, and with uncertain glances shared between them, mother and father allow her to go searching.
For what it's worth, she doesn't seem upset with her son's reluctance to see her when she finally does find him. But then, she never does, does she? There are those who would take one look at Jotaro Kujo and say 'that's a guy that doesn't give a damn about his family', but she knows better.]

[She smiles, a little more quietly than usual, and then closes the space between them.]

[The words are rough and immediate, but for once there's no missing the fact that the intensity underlying them stems from concern and not from anger or irritation; when his hands find their way to her arms, up near the shoulders, it looks for an instant that he's going to grab and shake her, but in practice it's only an overly awkward impulse to steady her on her feet instead.]

[And that, he regrets as soon as it's out of his mouth, and it shows in the way his face turns abruptly away, over and down like he's suddenly found something on the floorboards utterly fascinating, and he doesn't let go of her arms.]

What she hasn't had, probably, is fresh air. And it's twilight now, but he's got a coat, which means she'll have one and he'll be fine, because things like cold don't really bother him anymore.
So he leads her back out to the porch where he'd spent his afternoon, arms steady to help her sit down on the steps, and when she's seated he shucks off his coat and sort of drops it on her, warmed through with body heat and smelling faintly of hotel soap and cigarette smoke and sand.]

How much has she heard? Well, she's heard her mother lay into her father about phone calls he did and did not make. She's heard they found another young man afflicted much like Kakyoin was, and after Jotaro saved him, he was a loyal, if bumbling comrade on their journey. She's heard the Foundation brought in, of all things, a dog that could manipulate sand, and if she were anyone else, she might have been a little insulted to hear that after everything she went through.

[There should be more to that thought. It doesn't feel right to leave it there, but neither do the follow ups of Jotaro, I'm so sorry, or You can talk to me if you need to, or It's okay to grieve. So instead there's that open concern again, fingers clenched in black wool and eyes glistening as she carefully watches her son.]

But at the same time, he wonders if it was really the best thing to have told her at all, if she really would've wanted to know and live with the knowledge that three people's lives were snuffed out so that hers can continue on.

That said... processing it all isn't something she's quite finished doing yet, with what an emotional rollercoaster this day has been. Would the guilt crush her? She knows very well she wasn't in a position to do anything; the decisions made were six thousand miles out of her control. Mr. Avdol was only in her life for a few days before flying halfway across the world, but he didn't seem the type of man who would want her to live her life lamenting his sacrifice.
Feelings can be funny, illogical things, though. But regardless of what she may or may not think of it all, her feelings are set aside in favor of her son.]
