DOKI
![]() There's nothing wrong with wanting to play out some cute, fluffy interaction. So break out the butterflies in the stomach, the hand holding, the love confessions, the NOTICE ME SENPAIS, and all the adorableness you can stomach - no matter if if fits your character perfectly or not. It's all about characters getting comfortable with each other while being total goobers and showing love. It's shameless, sure, but it's fun!

It did have its upsides, after all. No one would think twice of Chihiro if he were openly affectionate with his boyfriend, Sora. They had just been close friends at a point, up until Chihiro's admiration had turned into something more serious. At first he thought he'd be hated, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. This led to his current status of "in a relationship," which still made him blush every time he thought about it.
Once school had let out for the day, Chihiro went to the usual meeting spot, which was the building between their last classes. He waited patiently for Sora, smiling and clutching his school bag close.]

There were a lot of unexpected but amazing things about Chihiro, actually. He couldn't have predicted that Chihiro held such a secret, or that he'd be willing to share it with Sora. It was unbelievably flattering to have that kind of trust placed in him, and he vowed to always honor that trust. Not only that, but to do his best to make Chihiro happy, too. Chihiro's happiness had slowly grown more important to him, probably at the same time that Chihiro's admiration for Sora had been growing. It felt almost too natural to Sora that they were together now. Boyfriends. Which was also unexpected, yet still somehow natural, and most definitely amazing.
Immediately upon hearing the bell ring, Sora made a dash for where he knew Chihiro would be waiting. The second he spots him, there's already a grin on his face that spoke his feelings so loudly he couldn't hide them even if he wanted to. He does, however, restrain himself from picking Chihiro up and spinning him around, but he's so happy to see him that the urge is definitely there. Instead, he reaches to take one of his hands.]
Hi. [He should say something else. Like, ask him how he was doing, how his day went, where he wants to go now or what he wants to do. But that has to wait because for now he's too busy staring at Chihiro, drinking in the sight of him as if he hadn't seen him for years. Once he realizes what he's doing, he quickly drops his gaze, feeling his face heat up as he rubs the back of his neck, bashfully. Now that he's not distracted though, he's able to ask:] How was your day?

Hello! Ehehe.
[The staring doesn't bother him. Anyone else and he'd be freaked out, but it actually comforts him and makes him feel safe. He relaxes his shoulders, smiling so much it hurts his cheeks. He gives another reassuring squeeze, to let Sora know he isn't bothered by it.]
Ah, it was good! I've been really looking forward to literature class... I really like the books we've been covering.
[Of course, his most favorite part of the day is just beginning. It could only get better from here! ...which he wants to say, but it might actually embarrass him too much. Just calling him his boyfriend still embarrasses him, but in a good way. Chihiro is always interested in Sora's day, mostly so they can catch up. School is school, which he knows, but he also knows Sora is way more social than he is. It used to worry him, but now it doesn't, and he's quite happy to learn more about who Sora interacts with.]
How was yours?

Though studies weren't the most interesting topic to Sora, anything that excited Chihiro was interesting to him. So he could listen to Chihiro talk about his classes for forever, or at least as long as Chihiro was willing to talk about them. But then he's being asked about his own day, and he tries to think of something about it that stood out enough to tell him, even as he brings his free hand forward to play with a strand of Chihiro's hair.]
It was nice! I had a pop quiz in History I wasn't really prepared for, but I think I still did okay... I'm glad it's over though. Classes, I mean. So I can see you.
[His heart is already beating more quickly than usual, he just wants to be as close to his boyfriend as possible. Though he's already standing pretty close... Any closer in the hallway like this might not be a great idea. And yet Sora's finding he doesn't really care if it's a great idea or not. It's too nice.]
I'm always happy to see you. I like your laugh. [Wow, Sora should probably shut up, though.]

I bet you did great! [Oops, his voice sounds a little too excited. It's just a pop quiz, Chihiro! He only becomes more giddy, rocking on the heels of his shoes a tad before looking back up at Sora again. He can't help but giggle again, as if to let him hear the laughter he enjoys.]
Sora... that makes me so happy. I really look forward to being with you. Um... would you like to... go someplace? Maybe walk through the park o-or get a bite to eat...
[The words are a struggle, Chihiro tripping over them, only because he's not usually the one to pipe up about wanting to go somewhere. He always wants to, especially because that means spending time with Sora, but he's usually too shy. Just suggesting it had him nervous, though he's definitely hopeful at the same time.]
so i have this idea they may get caught in the rain, y/n?
And since it is rare for Chihiro to make a suggestion about going somewhere, he's a little surprised, but also happy. His suggestions are good, too. Even if there was a tiny selfish part of him that sort of wanted to just have Chihiro to himself for a while, somewhere where it was just them, without other people around. A selfish thought like that always made him feel kind of guilty though, so probably better not to suggest it, right? Though even if he doesn't voice the thought, the expression on his face reflects that guilt momentarily, before being replaced once again with a smile.]
Yeah! The park sounds nice... And there's probably a food cart or two there if we get hungry, right? So it's kinda like doing both.
[With that more or less decided, he'll place a kiss on his boyfriend's cheek before leading him out of the building by the hand. He knows exactly which park Chihiro had been suggesting, since it's rather close to the school, anyway.
Once outside, he casts a glance up to the sky. There are some clouds, but the sun can still be seen peeking through them, so at the moment he's not too worried about the weather. Even though it could probably change at a second's notice.]
yes! that's perfect~
Even if the sun isn't shining as bright, Chihiro sure makes up for it with his demeanor. His heart flutters at the kiss to his cheek, wanting to savor the feeling forever. He follows along, staying close and enjoying the atmosphere, though the clouds got his attention. He hopes it doesn't rain, trying not to think about it.
For now, he attempts to remain optimistic.]
Maybe we'll see some dogs! I really wish I could have one. [Chihiro loves animals. It's a shame his home is too small to have a dog.] M-Maybe I'll start volunteering at the animal shelter to make up for it.
[There's a brief pause, mostly because he realizes that'd cut their time. He shakes his head.]
On second thought, I probably shouldn't! I already do work at home... and I wouldn't want to take anymore time away from seeing you. I really do treasure every moment I get.
