Yeah, well. Just because I don't have a lot of nice things, doesn't mean I wouldn't like them. Just some of it's a little cost prohibitive, especially since I don't have a steady job. And the money my parents send seems to be better spent on incidentals like food and drinks instead.

So, what would you want?

[He barely listens to Mark's answer, eyes widening momentarily before they roll and he tic-tocs his head from one side to the other, like a child dismissing their parents' advice. The question rings to him a lot more interesting, though he holds it off with a pause as his fingers trail through the pack to dig a cigarette right out.

Slipping it between his lips, lids relaxed, his gaze pierces right through Mark's with a smirk.]

[Mark considers that answers and smiles in amusement.]

Everything? Kind of a dangerous answer, isn't it?

Potentially - I suppose you have a point. But what I meant was, you go around telling people who ask that you want everything, you're bound to get things you don't actually want at some point.

Well, I'll keep that in mind next time an occasion rolls around that means giving things to friends - that it doesn't matter what I give you, as long as you get something.
