The idea that werewolves are only werewolf-ish on the full moon is the equivalent of a ghost story of the ill-informed, but Bull has to wonder if there's something more to it. Because currently, as a bright moon hangs heavy above them, these furry bastards seem extra vicious. It's nothing the Chargers can't handle, but they damn things just keep coming.
Bull grunts as he lodges his ax into the skull of a particularly large one, which gives an eerie pained yelp before it dies. He looses his weapon from its head with a sickening squelching noise, slightly unsettled by the sudden calm. The wolves had been swarming the clearing in the woods only a few moments ago, and now, nothing. There's no way that's a good sign.
He's happy to have even a few moments of reprieve, at least. Bull takes a moment to make sure everyone is still on their feet before turning to Krem. ]
I'm gonna give them... five minutes before they come back.

He could only wonder what this forest would throw at them next.]
Enough time for us to regroup. Give those nasty curs a few minutes, they can return, we'll shout bad dog and knock their heads from their shoulders.
[Whatever this forest wanted to throw at them, Krem wasn't afraid. Not with Iron Bull and the Chargers backing him up.]
Keep a few more pelts in tact, might have enough fur after all this to make you a coat, Chief.

And what the hell am I gonna do with that? [ He laughs as he says it though, taking a moment to toss Dalish a healing potion. ] Prance around like the wolf king and smell like shit?
[ Because seriously, it might be the fact that all the wolves around them are dead, but they reek. ]

[Krem readied himself, grip tightening up on his sword. He moved a little closer to where Bull was standing, looking about the area - eyes moving towards the woods. This job turned out to be a whole lot more dangerous than anticipated, though the Chargers seemed to live for that sort of thing.
Really though - whatever payment Bull had negotiated for this, he'd better be demanding double once it was over and done.]
How many more you think there are? Seems a lot for just one pack.

[ Though he's only agreeing because he's half covered in wolf gore right now so... yeah. He's looking forward to scrubbing this shit off later, because even for him it's a little much. There's more important things to worry about now besides what he smells like or just how much blood he's covered in. ]
Hard to say... we've killed enough of them to cover a few packs worth.
[ Fucking nobles and their wrong information. Don't worry Krem, he'll be demanding triple when they get back, and he's damn well getting it. There's a conspicuous rustling sound to the west, and Bull's grip instinctively tightens around the hilt of his ax. A low, rumbling grow greets them as an impossible large werewolf steps out into the clearing, flanked by a few smaller wolves. Bull glances at Krem and grins. ]
There's our alpha.

He moved his shield-arm a little, bringing it up a bit more as he stared ahead, giving himself some form of vague cover in case one of those wolves decided to spring forward. The smaller ones could no doubt move a lot faster, he needed to be ready for anything.]
What say you, Boss? I clear a path and let you wrestle with the big one? [His lips curled into a bit of a grin, not daring to take his eyes off the enemy ahead of them.] Or would you rather take on the dregs and I show the boss how it's done?
