The Pick Your Own AU Meme

Welcome to the meme where you play that AU you've been thinking about since July but haven't had a chance to get out onto the internet. You start the party, everyone else joins it.

Instructions
1. Make a post about your character's AU. It can be a sentence, a paragraph, an image, or a link to that comprehensive tumblr post you made when you were drunk. Don't leave the prompt blank or we'll assume it's an AU where you never existed.
2. Tag into other people's AUs. You can be part of that AU, or you can be Original Flavor Character who's abruptly slipped over into this strange and fantastic new land.

Bonnie Bennett | Vampire Diaries

TVD-specific stuff:
Role Reversal AU! In 1864, Bonnie and her sister Emily were the personal handmaidens of Giuseppe Salvatore's family, only for Bonnie to be turned into a vampire by Katherine Pierce because (surprise) Bonnie had fallen in love with Giuseppe Salvatore, and Katherine couldn't have them ruining her plans.

Cut to 2009, where she arrives back to Mystic Falls to investigate high school student Elena Gilbert, who bares more than a passing resemblance to Katherine... and runs into warlock Damon Salvatore, who really doesn't have time for her crap. Other characters are welcome to be role-swapped too; I was primarily keen on swapping Damon and Bonnie [and Stefan becoming a warlock in the process].

More general stuff:
1) AU Bonnie into your canon! Is she a Persona-User (with the Priestess arcana)? The new transfer student at Monster High / Ever After High / your high school of choice? Heck, she could be the Digidestined of Knowledge or even a citizen of Cocoon, the possibilities are endless.

2) ... okay, but I am actually kind of fascinated by a Digimon AU of any kind, so come on, we're going Digital.
