resummary: moonshine is an excellent accelerant. the majority of things classified as such are not things one normally decides 'oh hey i'll just ingest that', although your exp may vary who knows. out of the six people i know were romanian, four of them really liked fireworks/etc. not sure if that's accurate representation of the country as a whole, but i do know i kept alternating between a nice buzz and being irrationally worried i was going to burst into flames
