Truth or Dare!

○Post with your character!
If you have any limitations for subjects or actions you would prefer to avoid
try to note it somewhere in the body of your comment.
○Go find someone else and ask them that wonderful question 'Truth or Dare?'
You don't have to reply to people logged in either! Feel free to ask anon.
○Go do your own dares and answer your own truths! You can lie about questions if
your character is the type, but you can not refuse to do a dare!

Dare.

Tell one person in this Shatterdome that you appreciate them, and give them a hug. And it mustn't be Striker. Or Max.
[ Simple enough, right? Because, really, it'd be fascinating to see the look on the face of whoever he's decided to spring this on. (One of the engineers, possibly?) ]
no subject
But.
Far be it from Chuck to balk on a dare. ]
Not Striker or Max? [ He rubs his fingers over his chin; he needs to shave, but not overly so, and there's the faint hiss of skin over whiskers. ]
no subject
Neither. [ She confirms. Then, quite innocently (not), because she knows the value of his pride. ]
You could always forfeit, if it's too difficult.
no subject
Don't be stupid. [ He's not going to forfeit. Fuck that. She just ensured that he won't forfeit. ]
Alright. [ He kicks his feet down from her desk and gets up, dusting his pants off before reaching and jerking her out of the chair and crushing her to his frame in the worlds most awkward hug. ]
You.
no subject
And, she supposes, a conversation Chuck would rather have a root canal over.
Still, it takes her by surprise -- not so much the hug, but the inadvertent skip of her pulse. She forgets to respond, for a moment or two, before she returns the hug, murmuring, ]
That's cheating.
no subject
'S not cheating. [ He looks down at her, indignant, brows lifted. ]
You said someone not Striker, not Max. Here we are.
[ Hugging, with his palms splayed over her back, warm and tangible. Ahem. ]
no subject
At any rate, he's a startlingly good hugger, broad and strong and so impossibly warm that it's hard not to take particular notice. ]
Fair enough. [ And it's muffled into his shoulder because she's not very tall, and he's built like a soldier. (And it's really, really nice.) Cheeks unreasonably warm for such simple contact, Mako squeezes him briefly, then clears her throat, and gets the vague impression that somehow, there was some variation of the 'turnabout is fair play' principle involved in one way or another. ]
...So, my turn.
no subject
He lets her go and backs away, sitting back into his chair and folding his arms. ]
Truth or dare, Mori.
no subject
Dare. [ Because why not? ]
no subject
[ Yeah he...had to let go, because if he didn't he would've done something monumentally stupid, like tell her her hair smells pretty or something equally dumb.
Mercifully, he has a distraction now. He thinks on it for a moment, then a particularly wicked smile curves his lips upwards. ]
Find someone in this 'dome that you've been hiding something from, and confess one thing.
