The "Close To Canon But Not Really Strictly Canon" AU Meme

This is a meme to RP characters that are close to the canon version but not really strictly canon.

[The Rules]

1. Post as your characters, and write down the name, canon, preferences, etc.

2. Choose a prompt, or any combinations of prompts. You can just make up your own prompt, too.

3. Tag away, and be excellent to each other! No wank, please.

[The List Of Close To Canon AUs]

1. CR AU - The characters are not quite strictly the canon version anymore, due to CR in games, etc.

2. Headcanon AU - Extensive headcanon has pushed the character toward AU territory.

3. Joss'd by canon AU - The Reveal of the Great Plot Twist, etc, has made this character AU now, even if they were considered to be the canon versions before that.

4. Just a couple of minor details different AU - They look like the canon version on the surface, but there's just some few things that are different.

5. Same canon crossover/AU - The character actually is a fusion of the comic and movie versions, for example.

6. Stealth crossover world AU - The character seems to be the same as canon on the surface, but their world is actually a crossover/fusion.

7. Non canon TYL AU - The characters are supposed to be older versions of the canon characters, but the character development needed for that makes them AU.

8. Anything else that fits the theme / Combine or make up your own prompts!
