INJURIES.
1. Sprain/strain. How did you screw up walking?
2. Broken bones. Simple fractures still hurt.
3. Cuts. Hopefully one of you has a sewing kit.
4. Burns. Location, location, location. Let's pray this one isn't on your ass.
5. Concussion. No, they're most likely not holding up fifteen fingers.
6. Other. I'm not a doctor.

HOW'D IT HAPPEN.
1. Stupidity. You did this to yourself.
2. Accident. Is an unintentional attack still an attack?
3. Attack. Don't lie, you deserved it.
4. Other. It's probably still your own fault.

WHERE'D IT HAPPEN.
1. Home. Did you remember to invest in a first aid kit?
2. School/Work. This should be excellent for getting you out of doing stuff!
3. Outdoors. Predators like the smell of blood. Clean up asap.
4. In the water. Hopefully there aren't any sharks!
5. Other. Like a hospital. That'd be handy.

[It was getting to be more often that Fluttershy came by the Tortuga and helped out with the crew. But it wasn't as often that she was asked to head out with Chris to explore the surrounding area and keep an eye out for creatures to study.

Now, though, she almost wished she hadn't gone with him...that someone else, someone who knew what they were doing, had gone instead.

They had taken the Createrra, but sometime along the way it had broken down. She was very unfamiliar with vehicles, forcing Chris to work on it himself. Doing so, however, led the Kratt to receive some rather bad burns on his arms.

Currently she was doing her best to tend to the wounds with the first aid kit he had. But it wasn't really enough, and with the Createrra still not working, they had to wait for the Tortuga to come and get them in order to treat his arms properly.]

[Chris was sitting in the driver's seat, leaning back a little with one knee propped on the steering wheel. The wounds were bandaged but they still stung, and he was getting anxious, the waiting around part starting to get to him.

He sighed a little, then glanced aside with a half smile and a weak laugh.]

This isn't quite how I pictured it.

[Finishing up with the bandages, Fluttershy glanced up from the first aid kit.]

Mm...not really...S-sorry...

Soon as we can, I wanna try this again. I'd really like to go on a creature adventure sometime with you.

[She blushes a little, though her eyes flick back down to his arms.]

A...a-are...you sure? I...don't know how much help I'd really be...

Are you kiddin'? You'd be a great help! [He gave her a broad smile.] And besides, creature adventuring is all about the experience, and the learning.

[Glancing at him, she manages a small smile.] W-well...it might be fun.

We should...probably wait until your arms heal first, though...

[He glanced down at his arms, then laughed weakly.]

Yeah-heh. I was planning on that...

[She smiled a little, glancing down at the bandages. The Tortuga was taking an awfully long time to get there, and she was getting a bit worried.

Very gently she places her hand on his arm.] How's it feel?

[He tenses a little but doesn't pull away, looking at her hand.]

It stings... [He lifts his eyes and gives her a smile.] But I'll be alright.

[She's still a little concerned. They didn't have enough materials to change the bandages if she needed to. She could only hope the others came soon.

Without really thinking about it, she gently lifts his arm as she leans forward, her lips lightly brushing over the bandage and the skin beneath it.]

[He blinked, his eyes following her action. After a moment, a little corner of his mouth quirked up into a smile.]

[As she sits up, she blushes deeply, hair falling in her face as she turns away in embarrassment.]

I-I'm s-sorry, I...I-I don't know what came over me...

[He chuckled a little, smiling.] It's alright, don't worry about it.

[She nods a little, despite still blushing darkly and still being unable to look him in the eye.]

[He smiled, but anything further was interrupted by the Tortuga's arrival, welcome so far as the burn treatment was concerned, though he found a small part of him wishing it had taken a little while longer.

Soon enough the burns were properly tended to and bandaged, and it was after a while that Chris was able to go find Fluttershy.]

[For her part, Fluttershy had gone outside to walk around where the Tortuga had landed, not wanting to get in the way as Chris was being treated.

She'd found a few flowers that she stopped to pick when she spotted Chris, giving him a smile.] How are you feeling?

[He smiled, holding up his arms for her to see.] Much better.

[There's a bit of a relief as she releases a small breath.] That's good. I was worried that there would have been a problem, since I couldn't treat them as properly as they needed...

No, you took care of them just fine. [He gave her a soft smile, though his words seemed to catch after a moment. A little glance away, then he mentally shrugged and decided to dive into it.]

Maybe it was the kiss.

[She blushes, glancing away.] O-oh, I...I-I d...doubt hat r-really...did anything....

I don't know, maybe it did? I'd... like to think so.

[She smiles, tucking some hair behind her ear to hide the shakiness in her hand.]

W-well, if...i-if you...say so...
